Run the machine

A working model of a machine ME&QC designed and built, rebuilt from the archive and driven by the parameters that actually define it. Drag to orbit; move a slider and the geometry is recomputed.

Gold jig drive train One crank angle drives everything: motor, worm box, coupling, eccentric, yoke and diaphragm are linked, so turning the crank pulses the bed the way the machine does. Motion only — both sources for this model are unscaled renders, so it carries no dimensions at all. Open full screen →

These are demonstrations, not design records. Each is a model built from what the archive contains — drawings where drawings survive, photographs where they do not — and it is a preview of the article, not a drawing of it. Nothing here should be used to order, manufacture or check a part. For dimensions, ask.
